On 7/10/23 I had my second visit to the office. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like family which is helpful for a dentist office where many people have fears. Dr. Loveland is very knowledgeable and knows his practice well. The reason for my visit was to have six tooth extractions and other than pressure which to be expected I did not feel a thing. One of my teeth had a trouble root and he was thorough in taking an x-ray to make sure he got all the roots. Having had extractions from other dentist offices I have to say that this was the best experience with them and I am pleased with the work done. From the first minute I came in instant passion and kindness. Few procedures I will have. The staff is INCREDIBLE!! From Charlene at the front to the two incredible ladies in the back WITH an INCREDIBLE DOC!! They are ALL personal and caring. They are professional BUT know how to joke n talk with each of their patients. Another words real HUMANS! As a veteran and Charlene volunteering for many many years helping and assisting veterans it was a true welcome meeting her. To the ENTIRE STAFF...EXTREMELY AMAZING and KIND! Dr. Loveland, Susan my dental Hygienist and Charlene at the front desk run a tight and friendly full-service dental practice. This is the dental office where professionals go. Susan the hygienist is the best I have ever been to! She has 30 years experience in hygiene and educated me on proper flossing techniques and home care. She is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable in the dental chair.

All the staff is great! especially Dr. Loveland. I have had several negative experiences with dental work and had anxiety about any additional work. Dr. Loveland not only made the process easier by talking me through all the procedures but at times stopping to hold my hand. I was very appreciative of his patience and willingness to slow down and check in during a procedure.

Dr. Loveland is great as well. On the rare occasion that I need to be seen for something other than a routine cleaning, they have always scheduled me quickly. Would highly recommend.

The crew at Desert Mountain have been incredible for me! I’m new to the area and had been putting off some dental work I knew I needed. They were great in figuring out what needed to get done first and working with my insurance to make sure I wasn’t having to pay out of pocket for a whole lot of work. As long as I’ll be in Tucson, I’ll come back here!
I haven't been to the dentist in a while so I was really nervous, but as soon as I walked in I felt right at home. The dentist office is clean and comfortable, and the staff are all really nice and friendly and very professional. Dr. Loveland made my visit all the better! He was great at explaining what he as doing which kept me calm during my cleaning and fills. I would recommend this location to anyone and I look forward to returning in a few months for another cleaning!

Dr. Loveland is kind and gentle, all of the staff and assistants are warm and secure confidence. I have gotten the prettiest crowns from them because they work hard to match the color just right. I have difficulties with many chemicals and they work hard to try to avoid any possible reactions I would ordinarily encounter. Wonderful Dentistry.
My experience with Dr. Juan Valencia as well as the front end staff and the cleaning technician have been excellent. He replaced some very old fillings that were beginning to show some decay at a very reasonable price. His staff never tried to push for additional services as some large corporate places like Oracle Modern Dentistry does. I was also very happy with the cleaning technician and the financial person who immediately understood my insurance and explained all costs in advance. After putting up with rip-off dentists around town, I am happy 5hat I found this place.
With my 50+ yr old teeth, I tried Dr Jared Loveland at this office and found him & all of his office staff top notch. I went in for new patient visit & was impressed with their thorough exam. They found a few minor items,but suggested no action unless I was being bothered by them. They did find one small cavity, which I confirmed later myself and got an app't the VERY next day. It took only abt 30 minutes and they billed me exactly what they said it would cost upfront. I've only had 3 other dentists in 50+ years. Loveland & entire staff were fabulous and friendly.
